This two bedroomed romantic canal side cottage nestles beside the sleepy waters of the Caldon canal, enjoying uninterrupted views over the  boats and the meadows in the beautiful Churnet Valley.

The accommodation comprises of a sitting room with open fireplace and a separate dining room with original quarry tile floor. There is a modern galley style kitchen with downstairs cloakroom and utility area. On the first floor is a shower room and separate WC. There is a double bedroom to the front with charming views over the moored boats, the canal and the meadows floor, with the twin bedroom to the rear.

Recently completely renovated it stands nearby a famous country pub in the rural hamlet of Denford, renowned for excellent food and real ales and is situated adjacent to a country park, within four miles of the Peak District National Park and the spectacular Roaches. Leek is three miles away for supermarkets and a range of services. Waterworld, Alton Towers, china factory tours, museums, Biddulph Grange and Little Moreton Hall (National Trust) are within ten miles. Buxton is a short drive away, as is the historic market town of Ashbourne.
