This cosy ground floor accommodation is set on a working farm and has fabulous views on both sides of the property across open fields. This recently renovated property is surrounded by six and a half acres of grassland where the owner keep their pedigree Suffolk sheep.

Shower room: With WC, wash basin ans shaver point.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair available.

Outside: Paved area with table and chairs beside the Lounge, also an additional garden area with six steps up to it. Private parking off road for 2 cars. Welcome pack including home made bread and cake.

Slightly further afield takes in Nottinghamshire's Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre and Clumber Park with fine level walking and cycling opportunities.
