These self catering cottages are situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow, on the edge of the Peak District National Park and close to the South Yorkshire border, Mill Farm provides a superb base for both holiday breaks. fishing holidays and business visits. The four cottages are close to the village and set in 50 acres of conservation pastures. lakes and woodland teeming with fish, birds and wildlife.

Property has gas fire and electric heaters and comprises:
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: With electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, sofa bed, TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and fold away table and four chairs.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin
First floor
Bedroom 1: With double bed and solid oak furniture
Facilities
All fuel, heating, power and bed linen included. Towels available by direct arrangement with the owner at £2.50 per person. Cot and high chair available on request.

Parking for 2 cars. Free use of fishing lakes. Large shared patio area with tables and chairs. Communal laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities.

About the local area
The village lies four miles from Chesterfield and ten miles from the centre of Sheffield. All four cottages are equipped to a good standard and there is a launderette on site. A short walk from the farm cottages, the complex has one of the largest fisheries in the north of England offering anglers a choice of fly fishing or course angling in separate lakes. For the duration of their stay, cottage holiday makers can enjoy free fishing in any of the eight lakes in the valley.
