Quietly situated in a rural position within the grounds of the owners property, this delightful holiday home is a recent barn conversion which overlooks some outstanding scenery. The accommodation is accessed along a private track which takes you across the River Dove and up to a cobbled courtyard. The lounge and kitchen/diner have beamed ceilings and exposed walls, making this a stunning property and a fabulous tranquil location. The views from the lounge are across to the surrounding fields and the small village of Hartington, famous for its Stilton cheese, is only a 2 minute drive away.

Entrance: leads to kitchen/diner with fitted pine units, pine table and seating for 6, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Steps lead down to
Lounge area: With maple floor, leather sofas and wood burning stove, TV, video and radio/ CD player.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, en-suite with wash basin, W.C. and shower.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With four poster bed.
Bathroom: With bath and wash basin.
Separate W.C. and wash basin.
All fuel for the background heating, all power, bed linen and towels included. Initial supply for the wood burning stove provided with further supplies available direct from the owner at a nominal price. Cot and highchair available on request.
Outside: Open plan garden to the front with splendid views, further enclosed area to the rear with table, chairs and BBQ. Parking for 3 cars, further off road parking available if required. Two small well behaved pets welcome (sorry no cats) which must be kept downstairs.

The property is located in between Bakewell and Buxton which is an ideal base for touring the nearby towns and villages. The area is great for walking and cycling and there are many routes to explore as the town of Buxton is surrounded by the world's second most popular National Park. A truly idyllic location.
