Church Broughton is a very pleasant area surrounded by delightful Derbyshire countryside and has the benefit of a village inn. The property is situated approximately 10 miles west of Derby City Centre and approximately 6 miles from burton upon Trent. Ashbourne - a highly attractive market town is situated approximately 8 miles north of the village and is known as the gateway to the famous Peak District National Park. Ashbourne offers quaint boutique shops, coffee shops, pubs and interesting antique shops and has a market every week, selling local produce. The popular town Bakewell is a short drive away where you will find another weekly Monday market, plenty of shops and a beautiful winding river where you can feed the ducks and watch the trout.
Haddon Hall, Chatsworth House and Alton Towers are all within easy reach of this property. It has a great central location for many of Derbyshire's pretty and historic towns and villages.
