These stone built charming farm cottages have fabulous panoramic views right across the Hope Valley and are at the foot of the famous Winn Hill. The cottages are located around an 18th century farmhouse and offer quaint and cosy accommodation and benefit from the free use of a 30ft indoor heated swimming pool. The cottages each have a patio and small communal garden and are close to the village's shops, pubs and bus stops. The village is accessible by rail and is close to the caves of Castleton, the start of the Pennine Way in Edale and many interesting Derbyshire Dales Villages.

All round the area is superb walking country and a wide choice of sightseeing including; Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Buxton Spa and the famous Blue John Cavern in Castleton, still mining the semi precious stone. Close by is Eyam, one of the best preserved villages in the vicinity and is the famous 'plague village', which went into voluntary quarantine when the plague was imported from London in 1665. Above the village lies Eyam Moor which is a fine area for walking, with good views across the Derwent Valley and many Bronze Age remains and monuments. Within the Hope Valley is Hathersage (meaning from heather's edge). It lies on the north bank of the River Derwent and has excellent climbing on Stanage Edge and some lovely walks leading to Ladybower Reservoir.

The interesting towns of Buxton and Bakewell are a short drive away where you can experience the Buxton Opera House and wander around the parks and pleasant country shops. A truly stunning location
