This traditional end cottage is situated in the picturesque little village of Hayfield located at the foot of Kinder Scout in the Peak District. Hayfield is a popular walking and mountain biking centre, as well as being a traditional starting point for the ascent of Kinder Scout (traversed by the Pennine Way). The village has a number of public thoroughfares and bridleways and is surrounded by many interesting and beautiful towns and villages, all within a short drive. The famous market town of Chapel en le frith is close by and the Hope Valley with its caves of Castleton, the stunning views and start of the Pennine Way in Edale are all within a short drive. The Spa town of Buxton and the pretty town of Bakewell, famous for its puddings, can be easily reached.
This property has been tastefully refurbished throughout and offers a cosy and comfortable relaxing stay on a quiet country road with views across the Valley and close to a delightful woodland.
